Returns Policy & Shipping
You may return most new, unused items from a smoke free environment within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. We'll also pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within a few weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
As soon as your order ships, you will be provided with a tracking number via email. Detailed in-transit tracking is not available for orders shipped to Canada. Please note shipments arriving to Alaska, Hawaii, or APO locations may be subject to longer transit times (up to 30 days) due to the carrier or location of station. At this time, expedited shipping is not available. All orders are shipped via USPS and your order will be delivered by your local postal carrier.
Fgalazebags strives to provide an amazing shopping experience and superior customer service. If for any reason you are not content with your order, we gladly accept returns and exchanges within 30 days from the date of shipment and in new, unused condition with original packaging. Some items purchased through special promotions may be final sale, and therefore not eligible for exchanges or returns (please refer to promotion disclaimers for the terms of each offer).
Accessories must be returned with all pieces included and intact, and apparel must also be returned unworn, with all tags still attached.
Return shipping and handling for non-contiguous US territories, including Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico and APOs, is $9.
Please note that any membership or store credit used to pay for an order will be returned as store credit and will not be eligible for a refund to a credit card.
CUSTOM AND IMPORTS FEES FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
If you're purchasing from outside the US, your item may be subject to Import Taxes and Fees upon delivery. Please research specific import regulations for your home country if you're concerned about this added expense.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
